Contract Terms
Hotel Dazzler Lima San Isidro: Service provider of lodging accommodations.
CLIENT: Guest who uses the services of Hotel Dazzler Lima San Isidro (must be of legal age).
CHECK-IN: The registration process for the client upon arrival at the hotel before entering the room.
CHECK-OUT: The registration process for the client when leaving the hotel after completing their stay.
NO-SHOW: Failure of the guest to arrive at the hotel before 11:59 PM on the scheduled arrival date, without prior notification from the client.
RESERVATION: Agreement between Hotel Dazzler Lima San Isidro and the Client to reserve room(s) for the dates requested by the client.
SERVICE CHARGE: A 10% surcharge applied to consumption for services provided by Hotel Dazzler Lima San Isidro.
GENERAL SALES TAX (IGV): A tax equivalent to 18% of the rate.
According to current legislation, foreign guests are exempt from the General Sales Tax (18%) on lodging services. To qualify for this exemption, they must present their passport and the Andean Migration Card, stamped with an entry date of fewer than 60 days. In the case of shared rooms, if one of the guests does not meet the requirements for IGV exemption, the resident rate will be applied.
General Conditions
By making a reservation through the Hotel Dazzler Lima San Isidro website (www.dazzlersanisidro.com), the Client declares that they have been informed and/or have had access to the Privacy Policy stated on our website, which forms part of the terms of this contract. Additionally, the Client unconditionally accepts the following terms and conditions.
No agent, employee, representative, or third party has the authority to modify, restrict, or extend the terms of this contract. These terms and conditions apply specifically to Hotel Dazzler Lima San Isidro. This agreement constitutes a contract between you and Maragogi SAC, and the goods and/or services will be provided directly by Maragogi SAC, as applicable.
The rates displayed in the first step of the booking process are net prices and do not include the IGV tax or the service charge. In the final step of the booking process, only the 10% service charge will be added at Hotel Dazzler Lima San Isidro. If applicable, the IGV tax must always be paid at the hotel reception.
- Rates are expressed per night per room, not per guest. The cost of additional beds in the room will depend on hotel availability and room type. For more information, please contact reservas@dazzlersanisidro.com.
- The total reservation amount must be paid at the time of check-in.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
- The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the equivalent of one night’s stay to verify the card’s authenticity. This transaction will appear under the name MARAGOGI SAC on your bank statement.
- If the reservation is not guaranteed, it will be canceled.
Cancellation Policies
- 2-Day Cancellation: Reservations can be modified or canceled up to 2 days before check-in (Peru time) without additional charges. If canceled within 48 hours of check-in, a charge of 100% of the first night plus taxes will apply.
- Non-Refundable: Prepaid reservations cannot be modified, canceled, transferred, or refunded.
- The No-Show penalty corresponds to the total amount of the stay.
- All rates will be charged in U.S. dollars (USD), and the purchase receipt will be issued in dollars.
- Reservation confirmation will be sent within a maximum of 24 business hours after the reservation is made.
- For prepaid reservations, the full amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card within 48 business hours after the reservation is made. For reservations made one day before or on the same day as check-in, the total charge will be processed at check-in.
- For reservations with a “pay at the hotel” condition, the Hotel Dazzler Lima San Isidro website does not accept debit cards. If a debit card is entered, the reservation will be automatically canceled without prior notice. As an alternative, you may book directly via email at frontdesk@dazzlersanisidro.com, where you will receive a virtual payment link to pay with your preferred card (debit or credit).
- For prepaid reservations made through the Hotel Dazzler Lima San Isidro website, the charge will be immediately processed on the registered credit or debit card.
- If the credit card shows any of the following messages: “declined,” “stolen,” “insufficient funds,” or “expired date,” the reservation will be automatically canceled without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases where fraudulent or inappropriate activity is suspected.
- In the event of an error and/or duplicate reservation made by the client, Hotel Dazzler Lima San Isidro assumes no responsibility, and the cancellation penalty will apply according to the reservation policy.
- For group reservations of more than 5 rooms, Hotel Dazzler Lima San Isidro reserves the right to apply special policies and deadlines.
Check-in & Check-out Conditions
- Bringing food into the hotel is prohibited, except for medical reasons.
- All guests (including children) and visitors must present a valid ID card (DNI), passport, or foreign resident card upon check-in. If a guest wishes to bring visitors to their room, they must be properly identified and registered with an official ID.
- Minors are only allowed in the hotel when accompanied by their parents, legal guardians, or authorized representatives. A notarized authorization is required if they are not accompanied by their parents.
- A maximum of two visitors per room is allowed, provided that the total number of people does not exceed the room’s permitted occupancy.
- Peruvian residents are subject to an 18% General Sales Tax (IGV) at the hotel reception (applies to reservations made on the Hotel Dazzler Lima San Isidro website).
- To be exempt from the General Sales Tax (IGV), guests must present a valid passport and an Andean Migration Card (TAM) with an entry date not exceeding 60 days.
- Peruvian citizens residing abroad must provide the corresponding documentation to prove their foreign residency.
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM on the following day. This will be detailed in the reservation confirmation.
- Requests for early check-in and/or late check-out are subject to an additional charge and must be requested via email at reservas@dazzlersanisidro.com or directly at the hotel reception (subject to availability).
- A CREDIT CARD must be presented at check-in to guarantee accommodation and any additional charges during the stay. A pre-authorization equivalent to one night’s stay will be applied to this credit card.
Pet Policy
- Hotel Dazzler Lima San Isidro allows guests to stay with their dog as long as they comply with the hotel’s Pet Admission Policy.
- Only one dog per room is allowed, with a fee of $30.00 per night (includes taxes and services).
- At the time of reservation, guests must provide certificates issued by a licensed veterinarian (or a relevant government authority) confirming that the pet’s vaccinations and deworming are up-to-date (issued within the past year). Guests must carry these certificates during their stay and present them if requested by hotel staff.
- For guide dogs, guests must present a CONADIS certification proving the necessity of the dog’s presence (e.g., for visual impairment, emotional support, glucose monitoring, etc.). If this certification is not provided, the standard pet fee will apply.
- Guests must coordinate with the hotel at least one week before arrival if they plan to bring a pet.
Conditions for Hotel Stay
The following policies are established by Dazzler Lima San Isidro to facilitate and provide our guests with the best service while promoting respect among all individuals within our establishment:
- A policy has been established to cover Additional Charges and Property Damage, as detailed on our website. This policy requires a $50 USD hold on the guest’s credit card at check-in to cover any extra room charges or damages to hotel property (including public areas, hotel infrastructure, rooms, appliances, bedding, etc.).
- Depending on room availability and type, one (01) child (under 6 years old) is allowed to share a room with two adults at no additional charge for accommodation.
- The included buffet breakfast per room is based on the number of guests registered in the reservation, according to room capacity (adults and children). If children are staying in the room, a breakfast charge will apply according to their age.
- Additional breakfast charges are as follows:
- Dazzler Lima San Isidro: Maximum 01 child allowed per room
- Children aged 0 to 6: One child is allowed to stay for free, sharing a bed with their parents, with no charge for accommodation or breakfast.
- Extra beds or sofa beds are only available in certain rooms and require prior coordination, with an additional charge.
- Cribs and/or “pack & play” sets are available upon request and subject to availability. Please inquire at check-in or before arrival by emailing frontdesk@dazzlersanisidro.com.
- Some rooms and public areas have facilities and accessibility features for guests with special needs.
- If you wish to extend your stay, please inform the hotel reception at least 24 hours before your departure date. Extensions are subject to room availability.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure that prevent Dazzler Lima San Isidro from fulfilling a guest’s accommodation, the hotel will provide an alternative stay at a similar or higher-category hotel nearby.
- In accordance with General Law for the Prevention and Control of Tobacco Consumption Risks (Law No. 29517), smoking is prohibited in all rooms. A penalty of $250 USD per day will be applied if this rule is violated.
- The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in public areas and rooms.
- The hotel has on-site parking; however, spaces are not guaranteed and are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. If parking is available, it is free of charge.
- The hotel is not responsible for lost money, jewelry, or valuables left in the room. Guests are advised to keep their doors locked and use the in-room safes.
- Any personal items left behind will be stored according to the hotel’s lost-and-found protocol.
- To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, a quiet time policy is enforced from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
- Unregistered persons are not allowed to enter the rooms.
- Visitor Policy:
- Visiting hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Visitors must register at reception, present their ID or passport, and complete a visitor form.
- The registered guest must sign the form, consenting to the visitor’s access.
- Visitors are not entitled to the guest’s buffet breakfast and must pay for any additional consumption.
- Visitors may only stay in the lobby and restaurant areas. They cannot enter the guest’s room unless they are officially registered as an additional guest.
- If a guest requests access for a visitor to their room, an extra charge of $50 USD plus taxes and service fees will apply per additional person.
- Visitors are strictly prohibited from using hotel recreational areas (gym, pool, jacuzzi). If a visitor is found using these facilities, they will be charged as an additional guest and registered accordingly.
- Visitors arriving after 8:00 PM and before 11:00 AM will be considered an additional guest, and a $50 USD charge plus taxes and service fees will apply.
- Additional guests are only allowed if the room capacity permits (e.g., if a double room is already occupied by two guests, a third person cannot be added).
- The hotel is not responsible for visitors or additional guests accompanying a registered guest. The primary guest is fully responsible for their visitor’s behavior.
- Guests and visitors must maintain respectful conduct toward other guests and hotel staff.
- The hotel strictly enforces the following laws:
- Law No. 28867: Prohibits discrimination in public places based on race, religion, gender, age, disability, etc.
- Municipal Ordinance No. 501-MSI:
- Prohibits denying entry to public establishments based on race, skin color, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
- Prohibits denying services or restricting the sale of products based on the same factors.
- If guests wish to consume alcoholic beverages purchased outside the hotel, a corkage fee will apply, as communicated by the hotel.
- The hotel does not offer tours, but we can connect guests with a local tour operator.
- Dazzler Lima San Isidro opposes the trafficking of Peruvian cultural heritage artifacts.
- Dazzler Lima San Isidro opposes the trafficking of protected wildlife species.
- Possession and consumption of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited within hotel premises.
- The sexual exploitation and abuse of minors are punishable by law and will be prosecuted.
- The hotel has a closed-circuit security camera system to ensure safety. Recordings are stored for 30 days.
- Access to the CCTV system is restricted to the General Manager.
- According to Supreme Decree No. 007-2020-IN, the hotel cannot share CCTV recordings partially or in full, except upon formal request from the National Police of Peru or the Public Ministry.
- As part of our commitment to civic responsibility and proper conduct, the hotel promotes respect and values among both guests and staff. All guests are expected to comply with proper social conduct and hotel policies.
Procedure for Undesirable Clients or Visitors
At Hotel Dazzler Lima San Isidro, we prioritize providing a safe and respectful environment for our employees, guests, clients, and community. Therefore, we have established an internal process that outlines the reasons for declaring a client or visitor as UNDESIRABLE at our hotel.
Reasons for Declaring a Client or Visitor as UNDESIRABLE:
- Leaving the hotel without completing the proper check-out process, leaving unpaid charges or other outstanding debts.
- Registering at the hotel with false information or assuming another person’s identity.
- Repeatedly attempting to pay with counterfeit money or using false documentation such as a fake ID, passport, credit, or debit card.
- Committing physical or verbal aggression, harassment, intimidation, or threats against any guest, employee, supplier, or visitor, provided the aggressor’s responsibility is proven.
- Committing theft or robbery, in any form, during their stay or visit to the hotel (including incidents involving suppliers, visitors, etc.).
- Entering the hotel with a minor and failing to register them at reception. If the minor is not accompanied by their parents, a notarized letter or legal document proving guardianship is required.
- Bringing unidentified companions into hotel rooms without a valid National Identity Document, Foreign Resident Card, or another official identification document issued by a national or foreign authority (subject to hotel validation).
- Failing to take responsibility for damages caused to hotel facilities (subject to verification of responsibility).
- Carrying weapons and refusing to present or opposing the verification of a valid “license to carry firearms.”
- Abandoning belongings valued at USD 1,000 or more.
- Engaging in fraudulent acts intended to deceive hotel staff for personal gain, subject to verification of responsibility.
- Displaying other dangerous, harmful, high-risk behaviors, or actions that violate the well-being, moral order, and good customs of clients, visitors, suppliers, and/or employees. These cases will be evaluated by the Customer Experience team.
Consequences of Declaring a Client or Visitor as UNDESIRABLE:
- Any client or visitor declared UNDESIRABLE will be formally notified via a notarial letter regarding the decision made by Hotel Dazzler Lima San Isidro and the reason for it.
- Undesirable clients or visitors will not be allowed to make reservations or stay at Hotel Dazzler Lima San Isidro.
- If an undesirable client or visitor enters the hotel, staff will activate the security protocol and request that they leave the premises. If the individual refuses to leave, security personnel and the National Police of Peru will be called.
