For more details, please refer to our data protection policy. Payment will be processed at check-in to guarantee the reservation.

Yes, a guarantee charge will be automatically applied to your credit card if you do not cancel your reservation and fail to show up. To avoid this charge, make sure to cancel your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Reservations must be canceled according to the hotel’s cancellation policy for the rate and dates booked. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

To cancel your reservation, send an email to reservas@dazzlersanisidro.com at least 48 hours in advance. The possibility of canceling your reservation will depend on the specific terms and conditions of your booking.

If you are traveling with a child, please consider a few details for your accommodation. When making your reservation, indicate the number of adults and children, and specify the ages of the children in the special requests section.

  • Children under 12 stay free if they share a bed with their parents. If you prefer to add an extra bed, inquire about our special rate by emailing reservas@dazzlersanisidro.com.
  • Children over 4 years old have a special breakfast rate of S/29 soles, payable directly at the restaurant. Children over 12 pay the full breakfast rate of S/59 soles.

To book more than two rooms, you can make multiple reservations. For groups of 10 or more rooms, please contact reservas@dazzlersanisidro.com.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel. An additional fee of $30 per night (including tax and services) applies. Please refer to our pet policy for more details.

For safety policies and protocols, smoking is not allowed inside the hotel. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to anyone who violates this policy.

Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM. If your room is ready earlier, we will give you the key immediately. If not, you can leave your luggage and enjoy the hotel’s facilities. If you plan to explore the city, leave us your mobile phone number, and we will notify you when your room is ready.
